Healing Hands has practiced in North Oshawa Since 2012, It has been an on going goal to provide the up most care for clients with a Calm practice that can offer long term result. i have practiced with variety of conditions and have experiance in getting to the source of discomfort in more of a natural way with a variety of services such as Massage Therapy, Hotstones,Yoga Practice, ReIKi & Additionally service Craniosacral therapy In the fall 2026 .I am proud and privileged to offer to clients my expanded services at our serene practice to focus on deep realaxation to clear blocks that you may hold so The NAtural flow in your body will allow you to heal with better balance and alignment for overall relief.I offer a deep intuitive appraoch to get to the pain or stress.I use a variety of techniques that your body responds to quickly so i can calm the muscles & tissues first without experiancing deep pain and more effective post massage results.i prefer to decrease the bodies guard and natually get to the deeper muscles for trigger points or if needed allow deep Energy healing, boost Energy & vitality. i like to say i offer progress not just pressure its not gentle pressure its just non invasive so the muscles are able to learn the diffrence between being healed rather then hurt, i promote our bodies powerful ability to heal on its own once we are aware & feel more relaxed.

What is REGISTERED Massage Therapy?

The application of soft-tissue manipulation techniques to the body, generally intended to reduce stress and fatigue while improving circulation. The many variations of massage account for several different techniques to help a client with relief for preventative, recovery, and stress management care. We accept credit debit or cash payments.

What to Expect?

On your initial massage treatment you will be required to fill out a health history form, followed with a assessment and provided a recommended treatment plan to allow for long term results. This can take 10 min for your initial visit to promote a safe and requested treatment.During your massage you will be explained the specific area that will be treated. The areas worked on requested will only be the areas undraped. You will be covered in areas that are not being  treated at the time, this is provided for your comfort and what is mandatory for our professional practice. We promote the client to relax during the massage but also will be required feedback on how the client is feeling with pressure and treatment when necessary. If during the massage you have any questions please do not hesitate to let the therapist know, so we can continue to provide you with your comfort and relaxation during the session. Children can be treated with consent and certain ages require parent supervision .

Is Massage covered With Insurance?

Most policies cover registered massage therapy. It is required to receive a receipts from the therapist with a individual registration number and can be submitted by the client direct or online services are provided and you can be re-embersed in 24 hours or 5 business days this can be accessed with the insurance apps with all the details required or on there website service. Our clinic does offer direct billing to clinic with insurance company Green Shield.   We offer only submitting for the client once client pays for service, we are able to send payment request to insurance to pay the client for the service upon there visit that offer Registered Massage Therapy eg. Canada Life, OTIP-Manulife, CINUP-GWL, and  Desjardins, Johnston Group,Cowan and more. If you prefer to submit on your own, then you can still have us email your receipt .

Additional Insurance Information

Once your Primary coverage is complete, we will email you your receipt to send to your secondary insurance and it is your responsibility at this point to submit continual proof of your coverage used up with copy of coverage exhausted from primary insurance. I hope this helps explain. Thank You!
